Jimmy Johnson

Jimmy has filled nearly every role in the company since he started with Castor Construction in 1986. That vast experience, combined with his innate leadership skills honed serving in the US Army's 75th Ranger Regiment has uniquely equipped him to take the helm as President of Castor Construction. Jimmy's deep knowledge of the commercial construction industry and construction tradecraft sets a high bar for Castor team members. And clients know that under his leadership, Castor Construction will always strive to exceed expectations in turning their vision into a well-crafted reality.

Executive Vice President/Project Executive

Aaron Keyton

As Executive Vice President, Aaron takes the lead on all new business development for Castor Construction. Just as importantly, Aaron works hard to cultivate existing client relationships, continuing a long tradition of earning repeat business from longstanding clients. He oversees the administrative and business aspects of the company, working closely with other team members to keep projects on track and on budget. Aaron's background includes earning his BS in Business and serving in the United States Navy, including a tour in Afghanistan.

Senior Estimator/Project Manager

Bruce Wilkes

With extensive experience in commercial construction and a background in design and drafting, Bruce is Castor Construction's Project Manager and resident expert on building materials, lumber, exterior building envelope products, and other industry material items. In addition, Bruce fills the role of Senior Estimator, working to provide clients with highly detailed and accurate project pricing documents and take-offs.

Bobby Urschel

Bobby has been an integral part of the Castor Construction team for nearly a decade. His attention to detail is second to none, as is his outstanding quality and dedicated work ethic. With a wealth of knowledge in myriad aspects of the construction industry, Bobby continually receives accolades from clients for his perfectionism and dedication to craftsmanship.

Gypsum Board/Framing Superintendent

Zachary Johnson

Starting out on a co-op project while he was still in high school, Zach has been an integral part of the Castor Construction team for nearly a decade. His skills and dedication to quality have propelled him to his current Gypsum Board/Framing Superintendent position. Bringing an astounding level of expertise in drywall, metal framing, and framing systems to each project, Zach is also the Lead Trainer for all new drywall hangers and finishers. Working with Zach ensures a continuation of quality and fast-tracked finishes.

Devin Gordon

Devin embodies the expertise, drive, and work ethic that Castor Construction brings to each project. Having cross trained in nearly every trade we undertake, Devin offers the wide breadth of knowledge you expect from a Superintendent. This knowledge, paired with a can-do attitude, has allowed Devin to progress towards higher positions over the past decade. Devin’s drive and work ethic are second to none in the industry.

Masonry Superintendent

Anthony Kirby

With a lifetime of experience in the masonry trades, Anthony takes the lead on all brick, block, and masonry projects we self-perform. With extensive experience and a dedication to exceptional work, Anthony excels in a Masonry Superintendent position. His oversight and management of long-term partnerships with our highly qualified masonry subtractors ensures impeccable results. Anthony also brings his skills and expertise to an Assistant Project Manager position on general projects.

Administrative & Safety Executive

Abbey Keyton

Abbey’s work is integral to every project we oversee. As the head of all office, clerical, and administration portions of the company, Abbey promotes efficiency and ensures satisfaction among clients and team members alike. With a degree from Kettering College and numerous admin certifications, Abbey is also responsible for the backbone of Castor Construction, our employee safety program. In addition to these responsibilities, Abbey serves as the company’s EEO and Diversity, Inclusion, and Equity Officer.
